Subtle baking spices, notably cinnamon and nutmeg, emerge, underpinned by a faint hint of oak and a sweet, corn-driven warmth.

Palate: The entry is full-bodied and robust, delivering a concentrated burst of sweet butterscotch and toffee. This quickly evolves into a complex interplay of charred oak, dark chocolate, and a medley of spices – black pepper, clove, and a touch of allspice. There's an undeniable nuttiness, perhaps roasted pecans, balanced by a hint of worn leather and a creamy mouthfeel.

Finish: Long, warm, and lingering, the finish leaves a pleasant heat that slowly fades, revealing persistent notes of sweet oak char, dried fruit, and a final, satisfying echo of vanilla and spice. A touch of tannic dryness adds structure without being overwhelming.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0807/1187/6915/files/main_a3529266-dcf0-45b9-bb63-a27337732e50.webp?v=1791390073
https://subrosaselections.com/products/1989-henry-mckenna-single-barrel-bottled-in-bond-100-proof-750ml
