Tasting Notes

Nose: A sophisticated and inviting bouquet featuring sweet caramel and vanilla bean, underscored by dried fruits like apricot and fig. Subtle hints of baking spices—cinnamon and a touch of nutmeg—mingle with a light oak char and a whisper of floral ester, adding complexity.

Palate: The entry is smooth and mellow, immediately showcasing a rich sweetness of brown sugar and honey, balanced by a pleasant peppery rye spice. Mid-palate, notes of toasted oak emerge, complemented by dried cherry, dark chocolate, and a faint nuttiness. The mouthfeel is medium-bodied, coating the palate with a warm, velvety texture.

Finish: A medium-long, graceful finish that lingers with warm spice, predominantly cinnamon and a touch of clove. The sweetness fades to a dry oak and leather note, leaving a pleasant warmth and a final echo of vanilla and dark fruit. Clean and satisfying, inviting another sip.
