This exquisite Japanese blended whisky, aged for a minimum of 17 years, offers a symphony of flavors and aromas that are both profound and gracefully balanced. Its scarcity and exceptional quality make it a prized possession for any discerning enthusiast.

Tasting Notes

Nose: A captivating bouquet of dried apricot, orange marmalade, fragrant sandalwood, and a whisper of dark chocolate. Hints of acacia honey and rose petals emerge, intertwined with a subtle spiciness of cinnamon and star anise.

Palate: The palate unfolds with remarkable complexity and grace. Sweetness arrives first with brown sugar and ripe figs, quickly joined by rich dark berries and a delicate oak influence. There's a creamy texture, carrying notes of toasted almond, subtle leather, and a gentle tobacco leaf. The 'harmonious blend' is evident, with no single note dominating, but rather a seamless interplay of fruit, spice, and aged wood.

Finish: Long, warming, and exceptionally refined. Undertones of sweet baking spice linger, evolving into a pleasant dryness with a touch of espresso bean and a hint of smoked wood. The fruity notes fade slowly, leaving a lasting impression of elegant maturity and a soft tannic grip.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0807/1187/6915/files/main_fcc79f58-0104-4726-914f-7d3c87e9b5e6.webp?v=1791341096
https://subrosaselections.com/products/1990-suntory-pre-arrival-1990s-hibiki-17-year-old-cream-gold-label-comes-in-2-3-weeks-86-proof-700ml
