Kentucky Owl, LLC, boasts a rich history dating back to 1879 when C.M. Dedman originally established the brand. After Prohibition forced its closure, the brand was resurrected in recent years by Dedman’s great-great-grandson, Dixon Dedman, bringing back the legacy of this esteemed name in Kentucky whiskey. While known for sourcing exceptional barrels, they are now also distilling their own spirits.
