Tasting Notes

Deeply caramelized sugars, almost burnt, mingle with a sweet, smoky char. Underneath, a delicate floral note of dried orange peel and aged leather emerges, hinting at its considerable age. There’s a classic Wild Turkey funk here, a slightly earthy, yeasty quality that aficionados adore, beautifully integrated with a sweet vanilla and oak backbone. The higher proof is evident, but it's well-integrated, lifting the notes rather than overpowering them.

Palate: The entry is incredibly rich and full-bodied, coating the palate with a luxurious texture. A wave of sweet, almost chewy caramel and butterscotch washes over, quickly followed by a powerful burst of rye spice – black pepper and a touch of allspice.
