About the Distillery

Kilchoman is Islay's first new distillery in over 124 years, established in 2005. Situated on a farm, Kilchoman is unique among Islay distilleries for undertaking much of its malting, growing barley, and bottling on-site, providing a truly 'farm to bottle' approach to whisky production. Their whiskies are known for their distinctively smoky yet sweet character, often married with various cask types.
